In July 2007, agreements to include Bulgaria and Romania in the European Economic Area (EEA) were signed. Following this enlargement, Norway is granting €68 million through a new set of Cooperation Programmes with the two new member states.



Monday,  26th of  April 2010, at Millenium Business Center-Constanta  ECOM – Association of Protection of the  Human  Being and the Environment for a Sustainable Development in the World  will organize the press conference of the project – “Wastewater treatment sludge and marine biomass from Romanian Black Sea Coast as innovative bio solid composite” supported by “Norwegian Cooperation Programme for Economic Growth and Sustainable Development in Bulgaria and Romania”.ECOM- as the project promoter, invites all the guests to attend the  press conference to inform about the stage of project implementation  and to disseminate the results obtained in the first stage of the project
